Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These Terms apply to the Agentis website and Agentis software for salon businesses. “You” means the business using Agentis and the person acting for that business. If you accept these Terms for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. The workflows available to your business are confirmed during onboarding; a demonstration does not establish that every feature is included or available.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate business and contact information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only the accounts and permissions assigned to you. You are responsible for the information and instructions your authorized users provide. Do not use Agentis for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, attempt to access another business’s information, or interfere with the service.
Your business remains responsible for its salon services, appointment policies, prices and communications with its clients. An Agentis subscription pays for Agentis software; it is not payment for a salon appointment or a guarantee of business results.
Location subscriptions and price
The subscription fee is $399 USD per location per calendar month, plus applicable tax. There is no volume discount. Each location has its own subscription, invoice and charge. Creating a business account or adding a location does not automatically subscribe that location.
An authorized operator may request subscription setup for a location. That request does not authorize payment. The payer must complete the Stripe-hosted setup and accept the recurring payment terms for that location before recurring charges are authorized.
$0 is due for the initial partial month. It is free, with no immediate charge, prorated fee or later catch-up bill. After payer authorization, the first charge is scheduled for the next eligible 1st in the location’s configured timezone, as disclosed during setup. For example, authorization on October 20 schedules the first bill on November 1 for November.
The subscription then renews automatically on the 1st of each month for that calendar month until cancelled. If setup is not completed before a planned billing boundary, there is no charge or debt for the missed free period; billing starts on the next eligible 1st after authorization. Previously paid coverage is preserved if a deleted subscription is later recreated.
Payments and unpaid invoices
Stripe processes payment details and subscription payments. Use the Stripe-hosted payment flow; do not send card numbers or security codes to Agentis by email or chat. Applicable tax is added separately to the subscription fee.
A failed payment does not change the calendar month covered by its invoice. Valid unpaid invoices remain due, including after cancellation. Updating a card alone does not pay an invoice. A payment is confirmed only after its actual outcome is verified.
Cancellation and stopping future charges
To request cancellation, email jlp@agentis.studio with your business and location name. You may cancel before the first bill or while invoices are unpaid. Ordinary customer cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid service period and stops subsequent renewal. You may withdraw a pending ordinary cancellation before it takes effect, provided an operator has not deleted the subscription or the location has not been removed.
An authorized operator’s Delete subscription action is an immediate stop for the selected location. It stops future renewals and automatic collection, retries and payment reminders for that subscription. Payments already processing may still complete. Other locations’ subscriptions are unaffected. A requested stop is pending until its provider outcome is verified; we do not treat an unconfirmed request as a completed cancellation.
Cancellation does not erase financial history or valid debt. Already-issued valid invoices remain available for explicit customer payment after subscription deletion; automatic collection of that deleted subscription’s invoices stays stopped. Cancellation does not create a final partial-month charge or an automatic unused-time refund.
A later subscription uses a new setup and preserves existing paid coverage. It starts new-period billing on the next eligible 1st without overlapping paid coverage or backcharging periods without a subscription. Earlier unpaid invoices remain separate.
Refund requests
To request a full or partial refund, email jlp@agentis.studio with the location, invoice reference and reason. Agentis administrators review discretionary refunds. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund, and a refund does not itself cancel a subscription. This policy does not limit a refund right required by applicable law.
Account access and records
Billing does not gate Agentis account access or operational use. Missing payment setup, a failed payment or an unpaid balance does not create an access deadline. Normal sign-in, membership, resource permissions and domain rules still apply.
Stopping a subscription does not delete your business account, location or financial history. Account or data-removal requests are separate from subscription cancellation.
Privacy and connected services
Read our Privacy & cookies notice for information about data handling. Optional connected services, including Google Calendar and Stripe-hosted payment services, also involve the relevant provider’s terms and privacy notices. Connecting a calendar or changing a payment method is separate from purchasing a location subscription.
Changes and contact
We will communicate material changes to these Terms before they take effect and obtain consent where required. These Terms do not authorize undisclosed price changes or retroactive charges for free periods.
For questions about these Terms, billing, cancellation or your account, email jlp@agentis.studio.
