Client & website privacy
Last updated: November 3, 2026.
This notice covers people who contact or book with a business using Agentis, visit our public website, or try our demonstration. Business owners, staff, and providers using the Agentis app or connecting Google Calendar should read our Business & provider privacy notice.
Agentis and the business you contact
Agentis supplies the software a salon or other business uses to handle enquiries, manage client records, and arrange appointments. That business manages its services, staff access, and client relationships. Agentis processes information to provide those functions on the business’s behalf. The business’s own privacy notice also applies to its handling of your information, including any use outside Agentis.
When you contact Agentis directly about our product or use our demonstration, Agentis handles your enquiry. Please distinguish a demonstration from an appointment with a salon: confirming a booking in a live demonstration can create an appointment and send confirmation messages.
Information used for enquiries and appointments
We process the information you or the business provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, service requests, preferences, and appointment details. We keep client profiles, conversation transcripts, and booking records, including appointment changes and cancellations. Phone interactions also involve processing your voice and call information; website chat involves processing the messages you submit.
This information is used to answer enquiries, identify or verify returning clients, check availability, arrange or change appointments, and deliver service messages such as verification codes and booking confirmations. Technical and delivery records help operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
AI assistance and service providers
Agentis uses Google’s Gemini services to process conversations and generate AI-assisted responses. Relevant messages, phone audio, and the information needed to answer your enquiry or manage your booking are processed by those services. AI assistance can make mistakes; contact the business if an answer or appointment detail needs correction.
We use Google Cloud to host and store service data, Telnyx for telephone services, and communication providers to deliver service messages. The business and its authorized staff can access client and appointment information according to their permissions. These providers receive the information needed for the functions they perform; website analytics is described separately below.
Calendar invitations and virtual appointments
Appointment details can be sent to you in confirmation messages and calendar invitations and synchronized to the assigned provider’s connected Google Calendar. Virtual appointments include a Google Meet link hosted through that provider’s connected Google account. Physical appointments include the business address and a Google Maps link when an address is configured.
Calendar and meeting information is subject to the relevant Google account’s sharing and access settings. Using a Google Meet link or adding an invitation to your own calendar also involves Google’s services and privacy practices. Receiving an invitation does not connect your Google account to Agentis or give Agentis access to your calendar.
Records, security, and your requests
Closing a chat or cancelling an appointment does not erase your client profile, conversation history, or booking records. Those records support the business’s ongoing service and appointment history. Access to business records is controlled through authentication and business permissions, and service data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest.
For access, correction, or deletion requests about a salon’s client or appointment records, contact that business first. For information you have shared directly with Agentis, or help identifying the responsible business, email jlp@agentis.studio. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the business. Some records may need to be retained for the business’s operations or applicable legal obligations.
Cookieless website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand website visits, campaign sources, and clicks to try the live demo or contact sales. Plausible does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. You do not need to accept analytics cookies to use this website or for these statistics to be collected.
Plausible processes technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, to calculate statistics. It does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings. It uses a site-specific daily identifier to estimate unique visitors, without recognising the same visitor across days or different websites. Analytics data is stored in the EU.
Our website analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form messages, or chat transcripts. We remove URL fragments and query parameters except for campaign labels in the supported format, and reduce referring URLs to their website origin.
On our salon demonstration, we also count when your first chat message is accepted during a page visit. This records that the demo was tried, without including the message or conversation identifiers. This marketing measurement does not run on other salons’ pages.
Read Plausible’s data policy for details about how website statistics are collected and processed.
Preferences and website services
Your colour theme is stored locally in your browser. Blocking browser storage may mean this preference cannot be remembered for your next visit. Hosting and services used to deliver the website receive technical request information, including your IP address. Some display fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Sales contact and demonstration chat
Information you share when contacting Agentis by phone, email, or sales chat is used to handle your request. The salon demonstration chat is separate from arranging a sales demo. Chat runs on the Agentis platform and sends your messages to the chat service. After the service identifies a returning client, the browser widget can store a client reference locally so the service can revalidate it on a later visit. This operational information is separate from website analytics.
For questions about this website or information you have shared with Agentis, call 860-397-8132. Avoid sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
